TAIPEI, TAIWAN - Police and prosecutors in Taiwan are investigating the case of Ms. Jiang and her ex-boyfriend Mr. Lai after the girlfriend uploaded a live feed video.Ms. Jiang appeared at the police station alone to give a written statement about the video, when asked where Mr. Lai was, she tearfully explained that he’d dumped her. The video went viral on the app she’d used and it had cost him his job.
Angry, the boyfriend texted Ms. Jiang to say he was dumping her. Ms. Jiang explained that she’d been chatting with friends and they asked her what she was up to. She said she was ready to get busy with her boyfriend and someone in the chatroom asked if they could watch.
